At Performance Equity Partners, Inc., our policy towards the sharing of your financial information meets or exceeds applicable law. We DO NOT share your protected information (known as nonpublic information) with nonaffiliated third parties except for routine processing of transactions at your request and in accordance with certain exceptions contained in the Federal Trade Commission’s Privacy Rules. We DO NOT share your protected information with outside marketing agents. We restrict access to protected information to only those employees and service providers who need to know that information to provide products and services to you. We also maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information.

If this privacy policy changes, we will publish a Revised Privacy Policy before any sharing of nonpublic personal information with nonaffiliated third parties to provide you with a reasonable opportunity to opt out.
